After 2.00 p.m. on
the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Room Used from
12.00 noon to 06.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at
50% of the rate, unless specifically specified otherwise in writing
by the hotel.
Reservation Policy: - All booking requires full prepayment or 50% deposit. Without
any deposit/payment, the booking is not confirmed.
Full prepayment.
Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without
credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
Cancellation & No
Show Charges:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within 31 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night
room rate per room.
No show:
total payment will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date,
we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less
than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment
through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
