Check In / Check Out - Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Guests arriving
prior to 14:00 hrs. will be accommodated as rooms
become available. We can store their luggage during
any check-in time. - Hotel check-out time is 12:00 noon. Rooms used
from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure
will be charged 50% of the rate. Rooms occupied
beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.
Cancellation and No show Policy: All cancellation or amendment must be made in
written notice or email to us with our
acknowledgement within 15 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at
least one-night room rate per room. - No show: total payment will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date specified in the confirmation
email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000
Baht. - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service
fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
Payment Policy:
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus
3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee
or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
