and No show Policy: 1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written
notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within the
following period, prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a
right to charge at least one-night room rate per room. * Low Season
: cancellation must received less than 6
days. * High Season : cancellation must received less than
12
days * Peak Season : cancellation must received less than
14
days 2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we
apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht. 3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee
charged is non-refundable in all cases.
