Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs, check-out time 12:00 Hrs. Any room used from 12:00 noon to 18:00 Hrs on the departure day will be charged at 50% of room rate. Any room occupied beyond 18:00Hrs. will be charged at full amount of room rate.

Full pre-payment within 30 days before arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted with 3.5% service charged.


Cancellation & No Show Charges:

 

Any cancellation must be made before 10 days prior to arrival date during Low Season, otherwise a late cancellation fee of 1 night/room will be applied.
Any cancellation must be made before 20 days prior to arrival date during High Season or Long-weekend, 100% of total payment will be charged.
