Terms & Conditions:

• The above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT and Breakfast.

• Extra Bed 600 Baht (Includes ABF)

• Meal Rate:
  • ABF 150 Baht / person
  • Set Lunch 250 Baht / person
  • Set Dinner 300 Baht / person

• Meal Rate: (29 Dec 11 - 2 Jan 12)
  • ABF 250 Baht / Adult           175 Baht / Child(3-11)
  • Dinner 500 Baht / Adult       350 Baht / Child (3-11)

• Children Policy: One child under 12 years of age sharing the same room with parents without extra bed is Free of Charge. Breakfast for children aged 5-12 years old is 120 Baht (1 Oct 11 - 30 Sep 12) net and Free of charge (FOC) for children aged under 5.

• Late Check-Out (Before 6 p.m.)
  • Superior 700 Baht
  • Deluxe 900 Baht

• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

• We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

• Cancellation and No show Policy:
  - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.

• No show: total payment will be charged.

• If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

• For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

• No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
