parents without extra bed. The breakfast for child is
charged 75 baht.
- Child above 4 years old additional extra bed include breakfast. - Extra person charge 800 Baht /
person/night, including breakfast. During long weekends
and public holidays 500 Baht / room extra charge.
- Check-In : 14:00 hrs
- Check-Out : 12.00 noon
- we will accommodate any early check in and late check out on a case by
case basis according to our room availability
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no
booking is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms
and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
- Cancellation and No show Policy:
- > 37 days prior to arrival will be charge 100%
refund.
- 28 days prior to arrival will be charge 80%
refund.
- 21 days prior to arrival will be charge 50% refund.
- 14 days prior to arrival no refund.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount
(if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to
charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment
through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
