 Terms & Conditions:

- The Rates are net in Thai Baht and inclusive of VAT, Service Charge and ABF
- Complementary:
   - Roundtrip transfer between train station/airport and Supanniga Home.
   - House Breakfast set for 2 persons. (For 4 persons for Velu Villa).
   - Complementary use of All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) in the garden.
   - Free wireless internet both in and out side of villas. 
   -  Welcome Pu-er tea drink and Thai fruits upon arrival.  
- Banyan Villa and Lom Laeng Villa is maximum of 2 guest. Velu Villa is maximum of 4 guests. 
- Extra bed is available at Lom Laeng Villa and Velu Villa (Garden View )with the extra charge of 1,050 baht nett inclusive of breakfast for guest aged over 6 years old.
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed
- We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
- Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 10 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
