• Our Check-in time is 14.00 hrs. And out Check out time is 12.00 hrs.
• Late Check-out is subject to availability and will be charged 50% of full room rate if check-out prior to 18.00 hrs. And full overnight rate if after 18.00 hrs.
• Breakfast for child will apply children age 6-11 years old @ 50% discount per/person.
• Children age under 12 years sharing room with parents there is on extra charge, but no extra bed.
• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
• Cancellation and No show Policy:
  All cancellation charge less than 37 days before arrival, 50% of rate will be applied per room.
• - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
• - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
• - Any short stay during Low and High season will be charged at the actual stay plus one night's room charge.
• - Any short stay during Peak season will be charged at 100% of actually reservation.
• - No show: total payment will be charged.
