• Period or Occupancy:
  - Confirm rooms will usually be available for occupancy after 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12.00 noon. Room used from 12.00 noon to 06.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the room rate, unless specified otherwise in writing be the hotel.
• Payment/Reservation Policy: full prepayment within 25 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted with 3.5% service charge. 
• Cancellation Policy: must inform us in written notice or email within 20 days prior to arrival date, otherwise one-night room rate will be charged.
• Early check are not refundable, we reserve a right to charge the whole payment.
