  • All the above rates are in Thai Baht, inclusive of Daily Breakfast and inclusive of VAT 7% Service Charge plus government tax. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Family Plan: Children age from 4-10 years old, can sharing bed with parents (with no extra bed) but will be charge for breakfast 100 Bht per child. If more than one child, an extra bed charge will apply inclusive a breakfast.

  • Checkin-out: 13:00 hrs and 12:00 noon respectively.

  • Cancellation and No show Policy :
    All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 20 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge one-night room rate. No show: total payment will be charged.

  • Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
