The above rate are
inclusive of service charged and government tax.
Meal Rate

Family
Plan : Child under 4 years old requiring extra bed when
occupying same room as parents in free of charged but must pay for
their own breakfast.
Confirmed
rooms will usually be availble for occupancy after 2:00 p.m.
on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Room
used from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. On the day of departure
will be charged at 50% of the contract rate. After 6:00 p.m.
full charged.
Full
prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service
fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no
booking is confirmed.
We reserved
the right to change these prices, product details, all terms
and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
Cancellation and No show Policy: - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written
notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 22
days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to
charge at least one-night room rate per room.
No show:
total payment will be charged.
If you wish
to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we
apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is
less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to
1000 THB).
For any
“Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment
through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund
for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
