• All the above rates are in Thai Baht, inclusive of American Breakfast and inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7 % VAT.

• Extra Bed  400 Baht inclusive of American Buffet Breakfast.

• A maximum of 2 children under 12 years may share a room with 1 or 2 adults

• Breakfast for child between 4 - 12 years of age will be charged at 50% discount. Child under 4 years of age is free of charge.

• Baby cot is available (on request) at free of charge.

• Transfer: Free of charge from Hotel to Market and Market to Hotel (Please book before arrival)

• Meal Rate for Half Board:

• Check in time  is 2:00 pm
  Check out time is 12:00 (noon)
  Late check out after 12:00 noon till 6:00 pm is available at the additional charge of 50% rate. After the specific time, and additional night room charge will be applied.

• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

• We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

• Cancellation Policy:
  Any cancellation must be made in written and must state in particular date on which the travel agent notified the cancellation to Rajaburi Boutique Hotel.
  - Minimum notice required, 10 days prior to arrival.
  - Failures to do so will result to a cancellation charge amount equal to one night of the

• If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.

• For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.

• No show: total payment will be charged.
