Cancellation
must be done by written notice or email with our
acknowledgement. Cancellation and amendment must
be informed to us within the specitfied date e.g.:
- Low Seasons: 1 night charge if
cancellation is made less than 17 days
- High Season: 1 night charge if
cancellation is made less than 26 days
If you
wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation
due date specified in the confirmation email, we
apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
For any
Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged
is non-refundable in all cases.
Any
short stay during Low and High season will be
charged at the actual stay plus one night's room
charge.
Any
short stay during Peak season will be charged at
100% of actually reservation.
