Terms & Conditions:

• All the above rates are in Thai Baht, inclusive of Daily Breakfast and 10% Service Charge plus government tax. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. 

• Meal Rate:
  - Breakfast   Baht 300
  - Lunch         Baht 500
  - Dinner        Baht 700

• Complimentary
  - Airport transfer
  - Welcome drink & 4 bottles of drinking water in guest's room per day
  - Use of resort facilities including fitness and pool.
  - Complimentary use of wireless internet access.

• Children Policy
  2 Children maximum under 12 years stay free in the parent's room with existing bed. Child's breakfast @50% not included in room rates.

• Check-in/Check-out time
  - Check-in time is 14.00 hours. check-out time is 10.00 hours. After 10.00 to 18.00 late check-out charge is 50% after 18.00 late check-out charge is 100%, Every offort will be made in accommodate requests for late check-out. early check-in will be granted the same courtesy if accommodation is available.

• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

• We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

• Cancellation and No show Policy:
  - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 10 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate.
  - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  - For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  No show: one night will be charged.
