All above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and quoted in Thai Baht.

All above rates are exclude 7% government tax .

Children under 12 years old and sharing room with parents will be charged ABF only.

Cancellation and No show Policy :
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate. No show: total payment will be charged.

Full prepayment :
Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
