10% Service Charge and government tax. Rates are subject to

charged children under 12 years sharing parents' room, with all
meal charged at 50% of the contract rate.
Confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancy after
10.00 in the morning on the arrival day. Check out time is 12:00
(Noon). Rooms used form 12.00 - 18.00 on the day of departure
will be charged at 50% of the rate. Rooms occupied beyond 18.00
will be charged at the full rate.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card
is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card
guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
We reserved the right to change these prices, product details,
all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
Cancellation & No
Show Charges:
All
cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within 14 days prior to
arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge
total payment.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7%
is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to
1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of
payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to
arrive).
No
show: total payment will be charged.
