  Chiangmai Airport to Hotel : Private Mini Van 3,250 per way (Maximum 8 paxs).

• Child Policy:
  - No charge for children 0 - 7 years old sharing existing bedding with parents. Maximum one child per room without extra bed.
  - No charge for children 8 - 11 years old sharing existing bedding with parents. Maximum one child per room without extra bed. American Breakfast is discount 50 % of Meal Rates.

• Occupancy Policy:
  Check-in time 13:00 hrs. and Check-Out Time : 12.00 hrs.
• Cancellation, Amendment and No show Policy :
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 60 days prior to arrival date for peak season, 14 days for high season and 7 days for green season.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate.
  - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  - For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  - No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
  No show: one-night room rate will be charged.

• Full prepayment :
  Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
