- Minimum Stay Requirement
- During 23 Dec 11 – 3 Jan 12 we require minimum
stay of 2 consecutive nights.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus
3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or
cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
We reserved the right to change these prices,
product details, all terms and conditions at anytime
without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy:
The business partner shatt notify the Resort in
writing of any cancellation prior to the minimum
notice dates,
otherwise a late cancellation charge will be applied
as follows:-
lf cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date
of arrival, no fee will be charged.
lf cancelled or modified later, 100% of the room
revenue with be charged.
Peak Season [23 December' 3 January] No cancellation
& amendment allowed.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee
at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB,
we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service
fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable
in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show”
(failure to arrive).
