• All above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT and Breakfast.
• Hotel Transfer: Advance request with flight details is very much appreciated.

• Complimentary, Extra Person & Child Policy
  - Complimentary welcome drink upon arrival
  - Free of charge for children 0-6 years old sharing room with parents.
  - Children 7-11 years accompanied, Extra Bed shall be charged at Baht 500.- net/night/included breakfast.
• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
• We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
• Cancellation / Amendment Policies: All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 28 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate.
  - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  - For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  - No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
