We have 72 Deluxe Rooms
(40 sq.m.) and 4 Luxurious Suites (80 sq.m.) All rooms and suites are
fitted with teak and burlwood flooring, doors and window-frames, housed
in 11 Lanna style buildings surrounded by mature trees.
All
above rate are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT.
All
above rate in Thai Baht per room , per night and are inclusive
of daily breakfast.
Children Policy:
- Children under age of 12 years old sharing with parents in existing
bedding are complimentary, breakfast is charge compulsory at THB
75.- nett per child per day.

Meal Rate:
- Special Set or Buffet Dinner (Thai /Thai Northetn Food ) 250.- per person per meal.
Check in /check out Time:
- check in at 14.00 hours and
check out at 12.00 hours. Late check out 18.00 hours. charge
50% .Check out after 18.00 hours one full night.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5%
service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit,
no booking is confirmed

notice.
Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written
notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30
days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right
to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation
due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount
(if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to
charge up to 1000 THB).
No show: total payment will be charged.
