  • Rates are nett, inclusive of government tax and service charge.

  • Extra bed 1,000 Baht, ABF include. 50% discount is applied for child below 12 years old.

  • Transfer roundtrip to / from Chiang Rai Airport is charged at 1,400 Bath per car, maximum 3 persons.

  • Gala Dinner:
    Compulsory Gala Dinner Christmas's Eve on 24 Dec 10 : 950.-Baht per person
      New Year's Eve on 31 Dec 10 : 2,000.-Baht per person
      Children from 5 to 12 years old : 50% Discount. Children under 5 years are free of charge.

  • Children policy: Complimentary for child below 12 years sharing room with parents, ABF is free of charge,  maximum 1 children per room, upon the maximum room capacity ineach category.

  • Rates are NOT applicable to individual commercial business travelers or corporate accounts.

  • Meal rates
    - Breakfast Included (300 Baht)
    - Lunch 400 Baht (Soft Drink is not included)

  • Check out time is 12.00 noon.  Request for early check in or late check out will be considered subject to availability.

Terms and Conditions of Payment::

  • Full prepayment is required.  Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.

  • Payment via credit card visa & master is acceptable.   In case of the late cancellation, total charges equivalent to 1 night for each room will be computed via credit card.

    • 15 days prepayment

    • 25 days prepayment for the booking on 1-23 Dec 10.

    • 45 days prepayment for the booking on 24 Dec 09 - 3 Jan 11.
