Terms & Conditions:

• All above rates are inclusive of breakfast, VAT (7%) and net.

• Extra Bed included breakfast 300 THB.

• Price are subject to be changed without prior notice.

• Transfer to downtown for one way about 100 THB/person.

• Transfer : Airport transfer 100 Baht/Pax/Trip

• Meal Rate:
  Continental Breakfast           80 Baht
  American Breakfast            120 Baht

• Cancellation and No show Policy :
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge up to the entire amount of payment. 
  No show: Total payment is charged.


- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).

• Payment Policy :
  Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
  Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed
