from Sapphirtel Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2002.
“Sapphirtel” is one of the pioneers of small and boutique hotel in Silom,
Bangkok prime area. Our goal was to provide the best services to
tourists and community with comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Our Bangkok
Hotel, Sapphirtel, has always been in great demand by foreign tourists.
Since the great successful during the first three years in a service
business, our management team decides to expand the business, our new
branch “Doi Hom Fha Resort & Spa”, in Mae Chan Valley, Chiang Rai.
As the valley was suited with Chinese Feng Shui and surrounding by
fertile nature, the resort has been designed to harmonious with the
creative landscape. In order to create the unique activities for the
resort guests; as well as, the area is proper for plants, the company
also cooperates with Mae Chan Winery Co., Ltd to start cultivates the
grape, rice, oolong tea, and organic garden in the area of 300 acre. The
guests will experience the vineyard in the mist and the best winery in
Chiang Rai.
Moreover, Doi Hom Fha is widely accepted by tourism circles as “ Chiang
Rai's Best Winery Resort in Lanna Style ”. This year, 2006, we are proud
and welcome our honorable guests to joint and experience “ The Only
Winery Boutique Resort in Chiang Rai”.

Cancellation and No show Policy :
All cancellation or
amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our
acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.
Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room
rate per room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we
apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total
amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we
reserved the right to charge up to 1000
THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through
credit card is non-refundable in all
cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
No show:
total payment will be charged.
Full
prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit
card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
