Remark:

• All rates are inclusive of breakfast, exclusive tax, vat, and service charge.
• The room facilities include air conditioner, cable TV, hot and cold running water, toilet and shower, refridegerator, Balcony, in room safety box, hair dryer, free wifi internet signals, tea and coffee making hot pot.
• Child policy: Child under the age of 12 sharing bed with patents are free with compulsory breakfast of Bht 100.
• No pet allowed.
• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
• We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice

• Cancellation and No show Policy:
  - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 21 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at full charge for Peak season and 1 day charge for High Season and Low Season.
  - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  - No show: total payment will be charged.
