Reservation Policy:
- All bookings requires cash prepayment or credit card (visa/master card only).

Payment Policy:
- payment must be made within 10 days prior to arrival date.
- Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:
- Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.
- No Show will be 100% charged without refund.
