All the above rates are quoted per room in Thai Baht and inclusive of service charge. No Breakfast is provided, except the promotion.

There is no charge for children under 12 years of age, sharing the same room with adults and utilizing existing bedding.

Breakfast for the children is paid directly to the hotel.

For the room occupancy allowance, there is a maximum occupancy of 2 children under 12 years of age sharing with 2 adults or 3 adults per room.

Transportation Fee :
also provides transportation to the Chiang Mai International Airport, Railway Station or Bus terminal with a one way charge 900 Baht.

Cancellation and No show Policy :
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate. No show: total payment will be charged.

Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
