Fondcome Village Resort Chiang Mai
Fondcome Village Resort will is located on Hang Dong – Samoeng Road only
10 minutes from Chiang Mai International Airport. The resort is settling
in a beautiful gardens and green mountains. Architecture of the resort
is influenced by Hmong, Lua, Akha, Mlabri and Northern Thai people. 52
guestrooms are decorated in a different style and architecture.

All
above rates are
quoted in Thai Baht
and inclusive of service charge 10% , VAT 7% government
tax and Breakfast.
Family plan:
- Children 10 years of age and under. staying with their parents
are free of charge. An additional of 100 Baht(net) will be
charged if breakfast is required. Breakfast is free of charge
children age under 3 year old.
Extra Bed
charges:
- 700 Baht/ night for an extra bed with Breakfast.
Airport transfer:
- Transfer to Airport, train station and bus station at 100 Baht
per person per way.
- Free transfer to Night Safari, Night Market and Walking
Street. (Schedule table).
Full prepayment.
Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without
credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
We reserved the
right to change these prices, product details, all terms and
conditions at anytime without prior notice.
Cancellation and No show Policy : All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email with our acknowledgement within 10 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge one-night room rate.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7%
is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to
1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of
payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to
arrive).
