	All the above rates are in Thai Baht , inclusive service charge 10% but exclusive of 7% VAT.
	Meal Rates: per person - Breakfast 150 Baht - Lunch 250 Baht - Dinner 350 Baht
	Check in time is 14:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 pm.
	Period of Occupancy - Room used from 12:00 pm. to 6:00 pm. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate - Room occupied beyond 06:00 pm. will be charged at the full rate.
	Children's policy - Meals Children 1-4 years of age are free of charge when eating with parents. - No room charge for children under 12 years old sharing room with parent.
	Transfer: One-way Airport, Train Station, Bus Terminal Baht 200 / person or 500 / group / round
	Cancellation and No show Policy : All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate. No show: total payment will be charged.
