• All above rates are inclusive of American Breakfast , Service Charge and VAT (7%).

  -Dinner (Buffet)           280 Bht (Min. 50 Pax)

• Dinner:

• Child policy: There is no room charge for children under 12 years old sharing room with parents (no extra bed), and breakfast will be charge at half price to children age from 4 - 12 years.

• Check-in / Check-out policy :
  Confirm room will available for occupancy after 12.00 noon on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12.00 noon.

• Cancellation and No show Policy :
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 40 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge up to the entire amount of payment. No show: One night room rate will be charged.

• Payment Policy :
  Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed
