Terms & Conditions:

• The above rate are exclusive of 10% service charge, 7%government tax and quoted in Thai Baht.
• Rates are subjected to charge without notice.
• Meal Rate:
  - Breakfast  Included
  - Lunch   220.-
  - Dinner   250.-
• Compulsory Dinner:31 Dec 11
  -  Children between 1- 5 years    No charge.
  -  Children between 6-12 years   150/person
  -  Adult 300 / person
• Complimentary For child below 12 years sharing room with 2 adults, maximum 1 children, Breakfast included.
• All rate cannot be use for Taiwan market.
• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
• We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
• Cancellation and No show Policy:
  - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 21 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
• No show: total payment will be charged.
• If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
• For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
• No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
