** In long weekend we charge 500 baht per 1 to 1 night **

- 2-5 ,9-12 Dec 11
Children Policy:
- Children under 12 years old stay free with their parent
- Childen 6-11 years old additional meal will be 150 baht.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is
accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash
deposit, no booking is confirmed.
We reserve the right to change these
prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without
prior notice.
Cancellation and No show Policy : - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written
notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 21
days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to
charge at least one-night room rate per room and
within 10 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve
a right to charge at 100% of total room rate per room.
No show: total
payment will be charged.
If you wish to
cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we
apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is
less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to
1000 THB).
For any
Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee of payment
through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for
Early Check Out & No Show (failure to arrive).
