Amendment/Cancellation and No show Policy :
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate if cancellation is made within 30 days prior to arrival date and total payment charge if cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
No show: total payment will be charged.
