- Cancellation & No-Show Policies
: Cancellation or amendment must be made
in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
14 days prior to arrival date,
Otherwise
we reserve a right to charge as follows :
1. Low Season (01/05/12 -
31/10/12) : Cancellation 6 days prior to arrival date, 1 night
charge. No Show : One (3) night charge.
2. High Season (01/11/11 - 20/12/11), (11/01/12 - 30/04/12) :
Cancellation 12 days prior to arrival date, 1 night charge. No
Show : One (3) night charge.
3. Peak Season (21/12/11 - 10/01/12) : Cancellation 28 days
prior to arrival date, full amount charge. No Show : full amount
charge.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total
amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge
up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee
of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure
to arrive).
