  • The maximum number of person for Deluxe Lanna Cottage is 3, the third person uses extra sofa bed at 800 Baht + ABF / person (Add 1 extra bed).
    The maximum number of persons for Twin Lanna Cottage is 6, the fifth and sixth persons use extra sofa bed at 800 baht + ABF/person (Add 2 extra bed)
    The maximum number of persons of Suite Pool Villa is 4, the third and forth persons use extra sofa bed at 1,000 Baht + ABF / person (Add 2 extra bed)
  • Free of Charges for a child under 12 years old sharing room with parents on existing bedding.
  • Low season: 1 May - 31 Oct : Transfers to and from the resort: free of charge.
  • Surcharge: During New Year (nights of Dec 30 to Jan 01) period a surcharge of Baht 1,000.- per room per night will apply.
  • Check-In Time is 13.00 pm.
  • Check-Out Time is 12.00 noon
  • No Show : will be charged at one night room rate.
  • Cancellation : within 30 days before arrival, will be charged 50%
  • Full prepayment within 7 days before arrival date.  Visa/master card is accepted without charge.

Airport Transportation

  • Transfers to and from the resort are not included in the above rates.(800 Baht / one way)
