All above rates are inclusive of breakfast, Service charge 10% and VAT 7%.

The maximum person for Deluxe Lanna Cottage, Deluxe Panorama, Suite Panorama and Luxury Tent is 3, the 3rd person uses extra sofa bed at 800 Baht + ABF / person.

The maximum persons for Twin Lanna Cottage is 6, the fifth and sixth persons use extra sofa bed at 800 baht + ABF/person (Add 2 extra beds)

 The maximum persons of Villa is 4, the third and forth persons use extra sofa bed at 1,000 Baht + ABF / person (Add 2 extra bed)

Airport Transportation Transfers to and from the resort are not included in the above rates.(800 Baht / one way).

Free of Charges for a child under 12 years old sharing room with parents on existing bedding.

Check-In Time is 13.00 pm.

Check-Out Time is 12.00 noon

Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 14 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.

No show: total payment will be charged.

If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
