Terms & Conditions:
The above
rate are inclusive of 10%
service charge, government tax 7% and breakfast.
Meal Rates : - Breakfast 100 THB/person
- Meals rates for child age of 0 - 8 years no charge.
- Meals rates for Child from 9 - 12 years is chargeable at 50% of
adult price
- Adult age start from 13 years old.
- Baby Cot available, no charge.
Our hotel does have extra rollaway
beds and request is subject to availability and prior notice.
All room type allow :
- Maximum 3 adult/ or
- Maximum 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 12 years old/ or
- Maximum 2 adults and 2 children under the aged of 12 years old.
Child Policy : Children under
12 years old, sharing room with parent, enjoy complimentary stay in
the room, with maximum of two children per room or 2 adults & 2
children, total of person.
Airport
transfer : Van car 100 THB / one way.
Confirmed rooms will usually be
available for occupancy after 14.00 pm on the arrival day. Check out
time is 12.00 noon. Any room used from 12.00 pm. On the departure
day will be charged 50%of the rate. Any room occupied beyond 18.00
pm. Will be charge at the full rate price, unless specified in
writing with the hotel officer.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus
3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit,
no booking is confirmed.
We reserve the right to change these prices, product
details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
Cancellation and No show Policy: - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice
or email to us with our acknowledgement within 7 days prior to
arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at 100% room
rate per room. And
within 14 days prior to
arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at 50% room
rate per room.
No show: total payment will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your booking
before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7%
of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right
to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any Cancellation / Amendment,
3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in
all cases.
No refund for Early Check Out & No
Show (failure to arrive).
