  • The above rates are in Thai Baht inclusive daily breakfast, tax and service charge.

  • Meal Rates :
      - ABF           Adult 350 Baht   Child(4 - 12 years) 175 Baht 
     - Lunch        Adult 450 Baht   Child(4 - 12 years) 225 Baht 
     - Dinner       Adult 550 Baht   Child(4 - 12 years) 275 Baht 
    - Meals for children under 4 years of age is free of charge.
    - Meal rates excludes all beverages consumed.
    - Meal rates may not be applicable for festive seasons and special promotions.
    - Compulsory Gala Dinner For Christmas Eve (Dec 24,2011)  Baht 900.- / Baht 450./ per person (Adult/Child).
    - Compulsory Gala Dinner For New Year Eve (Dec 31,2011)  Baht 2,600.- / Baht 1,300./ per person (Adult/Child).

  • Child Policy: No room charge for children under 12 year old sharing room with parent (s). Maximum 1 child per room.

  • Family Plan:
     -Extra bed - one (1) extra bed is free of charge on room only basis for children under 12 years old sharing the same room with parents
    -Meal - meals for children under 4 years of age is free of charge

  • Check-In / Check-Out Times
     - Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs Guests arriving prior to 14:00 hrs will be accommodated as rooms become available. We can store their luggage during any check-in time.
    - Hotel check-put time is 12:00 noon Rooms used from 12:00 PM to 6.00 PM on the day of departure will be charged 50% of the rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 PM will be charged at the full rate.

  • Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 14 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.

  • No show: total payment will be charged.

  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
