Terms & Conditions:

• The above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% government tax and Breakfast.
• Meal Rates

• Airport Tranfer
  Airport - Hotel - Airport will be charged at Baht 400 per way per car.
• Children Policy:
  - One child less than 12 years of age can stay free of charge in a room occupled by the parents, using existing bedding. Breakfast will be charged; please see meal rates.
  - Children less than 3 years of age: Breakfast complimentary. Children age 3 years but less than 12 years: Breakfast will be charged: please see meal rates.
• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
• We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
• Cancellation and No show Policy :
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement.
  - Cancellation 21 days prior to arrival date, 1 night will be charged.
  - Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival date, 2 night will be charged.
  - Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, total payment will be charged.
• If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
• For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
• Any short stay during Low and High season will be charged at the actual stay plus one night's room charge.
• Any short stay during Peak season will be charged at 100% of actually reservation.
• No show: total payment will be charged.
