policy: There is no charge for children under under 12
years old sharing the accommodation with parents with out extra bed,
the breakfast will be charged THB. 70 per person as per contract
with meal section. Any extra bed required (maximum one person per
room) will be charged for 400 baht (include extra breakfast).

parents, 2 Child compulsory charged for extra bed).
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.

confirmed.
- We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms
and conditions at anytime without prior notice. Cancellation / No-show charge:In
case of cancellation, a written notification must be received by us
not latter than 7 days period to arrival, except during period 1
November to 31 January, when a minimum of 14 days notices is
required, failing which the hotel reserve its right to charge the
first night of stay. In case of early check out, the hotel is one
night addition charge. In case of no-show, if any and one night of
stay will be charged automatically.
- Notice or inform less then the above mentioned prior to the arrival are
applied to one night charge at confirmed rate.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation duedate, we
apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than
1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee of payment through
credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for Early Check Out & No Show (failure to arrive).
