Term & Condition:
- Minimum 3 nights stay per booking plus "Value Plus Option".
- "Value Plus Option" add on is applicable to all room types.
- Peak periods are subject to supplement charge.
- Rooom night can be applicable to promotion 12 on 1 promotion.

Period of Occupancy:
Room will normally be available for occupying after 14:00 hrs. (2:00 p.m.) on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12:00 hrs. (12:00 noon). Late departure between 12:00 noon till 18:00 hrs. (6:00 p.m.) will be charged at 50% of the rate, beyond 18:00 hrs. (6:00 p.m.) will be charged at the full rate.

Cancellation and No show Policy :
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate except 20 Dec - 10 Jan, Loykrathong and 12 - 16 Apr 100% Charged. No show and : total payment will be charged.
