Remarks:   The above daily rates are per night, and are inclusive 10% Service Charge and 7% Government Taxes, American and Oriental Breakfast. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Extra Bed Adult / Child > 12 years : A charge of THB 500 will be applied for the additional adult / child in the room. All extra beds are foldaway types. (One extra bed per room) Child Policy : One (1) child < 12 years, sharing parent's room and using existing bedding is free of charge. Check-in / Out : Check- in  time  :  14:00 hrs (2:00 pm) Check-out time :  12:00 hrs (12:00 am) For late check-out till 18:00 hrs (6:00 pm) a charge of half the daily rate will apply. For check-out after 18:00 hrs (6:00 pm) a charge equal to one full night Transportation : Following charges for transportation to and from Airport, Railway Station and / or Bus Terminal will apply : THB 1,500 per trip (Maximum 8 persons) Cancellation and No show Policy : All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate. No show: total payment will be charged. Payment Policy: Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
