For late check-out till 18:00 hrs (6:00 pm) a charge of half the
daily rate will apply.
For check-out after 18:00 hrs (6:00 pm) a charge equal to one full
night
Transportation :
The resort is located 81 km north
of Chiang Mai City, in the mountain area of Chiang Dao.
Following charges for transfers from/to Airport, Railway Station
and/or Bus Terminal will apply:
1-3 persons: THB. 1,200.00 One way in A/C Car
4-7 persons: THB. 1,800.00 One
way in A/C Van
Cancellation and No show Policy :: All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least
one-night room rate. No show: total payment will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7%
is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to
1000 THB).
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee of
payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for Early Check Out & No Show (failure to
arrive).
