The perfect meeting place, fashioned on
a modern colonial interior with a casually smart coffee shop ambience.

Room Policy :
We do have extra rollaway beds and request is subject to
availability and prior notice. All room types allow - maximum 3 adults / or
maximum 2 adults and 1 child over 12 years old / or
maximum 2 adults and 2 child under 12 years old
Child Policy :
- Children under 12 years old, sharing room with parents, enjoy
complimentary stay in the room, with maximum of two children per
room or 2 adults and 2 children, total of 4 persons. ABF for Child
from 8 - 11 years is chargeable at 50% of
adult price.
Period of Occupancy :
- Check In is 14:00 hrs. Check out is 12:00 hrs. Any room used from
12:00 hrs. on the departure day will be charged 50%
of the room rate. Any room occupied beyond 18:00 hrs will
be charge at the full rate price
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service
fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no
booking is confirmed.
- We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all
terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
Cancellation and No show Policy :

9 days will be charge 50% of the total accommodation cost.
- 7 days will be charge 100% of the total accommodation cost.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a
cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases.
- Any short stay during Low and High season will be charged at the
actual stay plus one night's room charge.
- Any short stay during Peak season will be charged at 100% of
actually reservation.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
