Child Policy : - A child under 10 years of age, sharing room with parents,
enjoy complimentary stay in the room, with a maximum of one
child per room, or 2 adults and 1 child. Breakfast for children
0 - 4 years old free of charge and breakfast for child 5 - 10
years old will be charged at 50% of adult price.
Period of Occupancy : - Confirmed room will usually be available for occupancy
after 14:00 hours on arrival day. Check out time is 12:00 at
noon. Any room used from 12.00 noon to 18.00 hours on the
departure day will charge 50% of the rate.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is
accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card
guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
We reserve the right to change these prices,
product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without
prior notice.
Cancellation and No show Policy: - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written
notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 21 days
prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge
at least one-night room rate per room.
No show: total payment will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of
total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right
to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service
fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all
cases.
No refund for Early Check Out & No Show
(failure to arrive).
