barns have been renovated into thirty-six
charming guestrooms.
Looking at these barns from the outside ,one can
see the roofs made of corrugated steel sheets
and the old red-brick walls, unchanged
throughout the past 50 years. Step inside
however, and you have entered a new world .
Kaomai Lanna is created as a community-based
resort, operating under the principles of
environmental and community sustainability. The
resort was built based on the balance between
the nature and the culture:
18 tobacco curing barns were nicely renovated
from the total long aged 48 barns into 36 lively
guestrooms. Inside the barn, the rooms are
decorated in Post- Lanna style with antique Thai
� Burmese colonial antique furniture. The resort
is surrounded with tropical shady towering
trees, varieties of palms and bamboo, leafy
fruit trees and wild flowers.

Cancellation and No show
Policy: - All cancellation or amendment
must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement
within 30 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right
to charge at least one-night room
rate per room.
No show: total payment will be
charged.
If you wish to cancel your
booking before the cancellation due
date, we apply a cancellation fee at
7% of total amount (if 7% is less
than 1000 THB, we reserved the right
to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation /
Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of
payment through credit card is
non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out”
& “No Show” (failure to arrive).
