Child Policy :
Jirung resort can not accept children less than 12 years old staying in Mountain Villa Suite.
Room : 1.Children aged between 0-11 years accompany with parents without extra bed and breakfast is free of charge. (Max. 1)
2. Children 12 years old and above are considered as adult Every child must be mentioned on reservation.
Meal Rate : 50% discount on regular rate and children under 4 years old is free of charge.

Early Check-out: Cancellation fee aquivalent to the rate for 1 night will be charged.

Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation :
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 14 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.

No Show Policy:
100% of total payment will be charged.
