Jirung Spa of Eternity is the luxury health resort in northern Thailand ideally located in a tranquil valley at Mae Rim, Chiangmai. This superb property provides the finest relaxation, healing therapuetic massage, natural health treatments and tasty, healthy, all natural tasty spa cuisine.

Restaurant

Our restaurant Ruean Mai Horm serves healthy and delicious Thai food and drinks. The wide selection of dishes on offer is made from toxin-free ingredients mostly grown locally on our farm.

The Restaurant has clear mountain views and serves tasty Northern Thai dishes using locally grown fresh vegetables and fruits. There is also special light and healthy Spa Cuisine for guests and visitors.

All the luxury boutique suites have wide private balconies with superb mountain views that are perched over the water reserve.

The Jirung boutique suites provide luxury accommodation and blend in with the natural surroundings. The suites have modern facilities, with room service, and are located alongside the spa pavilions overlooking a superb water reserve. The resort provides a full range of spa treatments including massage, private herbal steam rooms and luxury baths.

Sanctuary Suite (Mountain View - 2 bedrooms)
Our Family Suites (140 sq.m.) with master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and extra bedroom, living room, dining room, pantry, small kitchen and private balcony. Our Suites have mountain view and are ideal for individual executives, small groups or families.

Mae rim Suite (Garden View - 1 bedroom)
The Mae Rim Suite (70 sq.m.) includes one bedroom, two bathrooms, living room and private balcony. Ideal for single person and couple.

Facilities

All iof Jirung's facilites are first class and include Thailand's only all-season temperature controlled outdoor swimming pool with an infinity edge view of the natural water reserve.

During your stay we offer a number of activities including, yoga,meditation, cycling or farming on our sanctuary farm. All activities can be done individually or as a family / group.

Outdoor activities include nature walks and mountain terrain bicycling in a natural, unspoiled land. Nearby attractions include the spectacular Mae Rim waterfall and elephant trekking.

Thailand has a rich history of healing traditions. At the Jirung Spa of Eternity we use only the purest ingredients specially selected for each treatment in accordance with the ancient knowledge that forms the basis of the kingdom's healing culture. Thai healing herbs and traditional massage have long been proven to reinstate physical balance as well as enhancing vital energies for total wellbeing. Some of the natural products used at Jirung including local honey, indigenous Kwao Kreu for rejuvenation therapies and Prai for balance and harmony.

The Jirung Spa of Eternity is dedicated to the pursuit of natural health and longevity. The Jirung relaxation and healing concept is based on energy balance and harmonizing the four elements Fire, Wind, Water and Earth. Thailand's traditional healing and herbal knowledge as practiced at Jirung dates back 2,500 years to the time of the Buddha. A balance of the primary elements not only enhances wellness but is a powerful proactive prevention method to aid the elimination of illness and disease.

Scientific tests in Germany and Britain have proven the benefits of healing with the four elements and modern research has shown that people do benefit from body massage techniques using essential oils based on the four elements.

Guests receive a complimentary an analysis of their body type in accordance to the influences and the balancing factors of the four elements. The four elements manifest themselves in the human body through the meridian (sen) life lines and form an association with four sets of organs the heart is ruled by fire, the lungs by air (wind), the kidneys by water and the liver by earth.
