Bungalow 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms (a/c, hot shower, TV guest room)
for 8 person.
Children Policy:
- No room charge for Child under 12 years old stay with
parents free.
- No room charge Child 2 - 12 years old stay with
parents without additional for breakfast 150 baht /
child.
Full prepayment.
Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee.
Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no
booking is confirmed.
We reserved the right to change these prices, product
details, all terms and conditions at anytime without
prior notice.
Rate is not accept for New Year.
Cancellation and No
show Policy: 1. All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by
written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our
acknowledgement within 31 days prior to arrival date
(Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to
charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low
Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment
(Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7%
of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we
reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of
payment through credit card is non-refundable in all
cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to
arrive).
