• The rate is in Thai Baht inclusive of vat 7%, service charge 10% and ABF for 2 person.
• Room type
  - Standard Single Bungalow 1 bedroom 1 bathroom (a/c, hot shower, TV) for 2 person.
  - Middle  3 Bungalow 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms  (a/c, hot shower, TV guest room) for 6 person.
  - Large Bungalow 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms (a/c, hot shower, TV guest room) for 8 person.
• Children Policy:
  - No room charge for Child under 12 years old stay with parents free.
  - No room charge Child 2 - 12 years old stay with parents without additional for breakfast 150 baht / child.
• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
• We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
• Rate is not accept for New Year.
• Cancellation and No show Policy:
  1. All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 31 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
  If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
