  • 20 Dec 11 - 5 Jan 12, during the above period the Resort must be informed in a written notice by 1 Sep 11. Cancellations made after 1 Sep 11 will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% accommodation charge. Cancellations made by 1 Sep 11 will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the two-night accommodation charge.

  • Family Plan:
    - No charge for child age 18 and under sharing room with parents.

    - Kids menu is available for all restaurants.
    - Free of Charge buffet meal for children under 4 years old.
    - Children from age 4-12 enjoy 50% discount for standard menu item and buffet.

  • Honeymooners : the couples who stay 3 nights consecutively or more get the following benefit:
    - A welcome flower bouquet.
    - One bottle of chilled wine in the room
    - Tropical floral bath on arrival night
    - Heart shape roses on the arrival night turn down

  • Payment Policy: full prepayment at least 45 days prior to arrival

  • Cancellation Policy:
     All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 40 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.  
    - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
    - For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
    - No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
