• The Rates are net in Thai Baht with inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable government tax.
• No charge for children under 12 years old sharing existing bed with their parents with maximum one child / per room.
• Meal Rate
  - Breakfast for adult 220 THB/person, child 3 to 11 years old 110 THB, child under 3 years old free of charge.
• Transfer
  - Transfer from or to Chiangmai airport 300 Baht/way.
  - Check in /out time 07.00 am. - 14.00 pm. 17.00 - 22.00 pm

• Child policy
  - Less then 12 year, sharing room and bed free of charge maximum 1 child
  - Less then 12 year if extra bed is needed 500. - be charged.
• Cancellation/Amendment Policies: All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us 14 days prior to arrival date. For any late cancellation, Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
• No Show:
  One-night room rate is charge.
• Master and VISA Card is accepted with additional 3.5% service charge.
• Full prepayment prior to arrival date.
