booking falling from 20 Dec 05 - 10 Jan 06, also subject to a
minimum 4 nights stay. A one night non refundable deposit is
required 4 months prior to arrival date, and full pre-payment
is required 3 months prior to arrival date.
Remarks:
Rates are subject to 18.5%
service charge, applicable government tax (currently 7%) and
provincial tax. Rates are quoted in US Dollars, your room is
booked and your final bill will be presented in the local
currency, inclusive of service charge and taxes, at the
prevailing exchange rate on the day of arrival.
Child Policy: A child with
the age of 12 years old and under is free of charge when
sharing the same bed with parents. In case an extra bed is
required, regardless of child's age, US$ 50.00+++ is
applicable (Maximum 1 extra bed per room). Baby cot is
provided on complimentary basis.
Breakfast meal is USD 25 per
person plus 17.7% service charge and applicable tax.
A minimum stay of four (4)
consecutive nights is required for booking falling between 20
Dec 05 - 10 Jan 06 (inclusive).
One night room charge and
the cost for Gala Dinner, non-refundable deposit are required
by 30 Sep 05.
A 100% cancellation penalty
is applicable for all booking falling on any dates from
between 20 Dec 05 - 10 Jan 06 (inclusive) regardless of start
date as well as Gala dinner reservation.
The Gala Dinner on 31 Dec 05
at USD 220 per adult and USD 110 per child under 12 years old
plus 17.7% service charge and applicable tax per person is
compulsory for hotel guests. Dinner reservation must be made
and paid at the same time when making room reservation.
Any booking requires credit
card guarantee (visa/master) for time being. Actual
payment will be done by you on arrival date.
