Terms & Conditions:

  • The above rate are inclusive of 10% service charge.

  • The above rate are exclude 7% VAT, extra bed and ABF.

  • Occupancy Policy :
     - The above rated are for a maximum 2 persons per room for Standard Room.
    - 1 - 2 child under 12 may stay with adults without charge.
    - Each additional occupancy will incur a 200 Baht extra charge per night.

  • Transportation:
    Room rate is excluding transportation.
    Extra charge Baht 100/pax or Baht 300/Trip for one way transportation to or from airport, bus station and railway station.

  • Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

  • We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 14 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.

  • No show: total payment will be charged.

  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
