Buri Gallery House - Facilities

The above rate are in Thai Baht exclusive service charge , VAT 7% and included Breakfast.

Transfer rate: Free Transportation from Chiangmai Airport or Railway Station to Buri Gallery House.

Check in-out Policy:
- Check in any time during the day is subject to room availability.
- Check out: 12:00 noon.

Maximum room occupancy :
- 2 adults or only in Deluxe Room could do Triple room with extra bed. The Majority of the resort rooms are king size bed.
- Child under 10 years of age sharing in the same bed with parents will be charge for breakfast at THB 150.-net / person.

Reservation Policy :
- All booking requires full prepayment or 50% deposit.  Without any deposit/payment, the booking is not confirmed.

Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy :
Any cancellation/amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 10 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge the entire payment.

If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
